The escalation was done as the buyer which was me and I didn't do that, indeed I did not have access to a computer on the day it was done so who could go into my Paypal account and put that the buyer had escalated the claim, I have now closed it, but am very worried that someone managed to do this. I did have a problem with the supplier but my problem was that they were threatening to deduct money from my paypal account if I didnt improve the feedback which I had put on Etsy. Now while I don't think they wouldn't be able to do this without my agreement and I would have checked with Paypal that this wasn't possible I had already received a full refund for the amount involved I still don't understand how this was escalated in my name?
