How to resolve "we are finding it difficult making sure it is you"

I have been troubled tryin to log into my paypal account.

Same problem. It doesn't work from desktop or mobile either.
Sometime I can directly access the account without to log in (don't know how), from the app on mobile as an example, but after I'm for logged out and when I try to login the "We are having trouble making sure it's you" message appears after I enter the password.

Hi,

It looks they fixed at the end, or it happens to work if you let overnight and not trying to connect -- don't know. However, if you manage to connect, I recommend for the mobile app to set a passkey protection, meaning you can connect to the app with your phone PIN -- it's more simple to use like this and may prevent future errors.

nope as im severly disabled so can't  call them.  I can't message them as I can't login.
