Hi, I’m at sea for the next few days and a PayPal ‘pay in three’ payment has failed. I need to log in to instruct PayPal to attempt transaction again. I only have Starlink internet, no GSM, no cellular signal, and am not receiving the 2-factor code by whatsapp or any other means available. How do I get assistance to allow me to access my account?
