A $10pymt was on my Statement for Brave Troops that I did not approve of. Kindly refund the $10 since I did not purchase anything from this company. Thank you, Nancy W.

If your paypal account was hacked and used to make that payment then I would change your password asap.

Then click on the transaction and using the report a problem link bottom of that details page open a dispute for unauthorised if that is what it was.
