PayPal will not settle my case properly

After a month of submitting my case to PayPal numerous times, it keeps getting denied. I ordered an item in late June that was provided with a tracking number to my city. However, the package never arrived. This was a $3,000 purchase. After reaching out to UPS they confirmed it was not delivered to me, rather to an address nearly 10 miles from where I live. After submitting a PayPal case and then appealing, it was denied 2 times, even after I made a phone call request to reopen case. I requested an Intranet form from UPS proving that the address the tracking number was attached to was not my address. I have submitted all needed proofs to PayPal including this intranet form. If the case is not settled in my favor this time, what else can I do? At this point, I will not be using PayPal ever again. I do not have the bike that I ordered, and I do not have $3,000.00. PayPal Goods and Services buyer protection is a complete lie.

It sounds like you've taken all the steps we would recommend in this kind of situation. If the case is not found in your favor at this point, I might recommend reaching out to your bank or card company to see what options you may have.
