Scammed by Beaqequeen for t shirts

Hello,

I am the victim of internet fraud. I bought 2 t-shirts via Beaqequeen, but after 4 months I still have not received the shirts. I filed a claim for this with Paypal, but the issue is suddenly closed.

If you filed a dispute for non receipt of item then did you ESCALATE TO A CLAIM before 20 days when it would have auto closed?

I filled a disputy and Paypal closed the disputy automatically based on information that was send by the scammer. I did never receive the products i paid for. I work with paypal for the insurance, but until know iam not insured for anything.
