paypal said "If you don't see this credit, please let us know immediately by clicking Contact near the bottom of any PayPal page. We will then re-escalate this issue and attempt a recall. A recall is a formal request to your bank to credit this withdrawal. If we are successful with a recall, the money will be credited to your PayPal account." am i supposed to call the paypal hotline or do i send them an email i dont really understand
