Is there a link to the new (after 1/22/12) domestic First Class shipping rates? I sell on Etsy and have been crazily searching for the new rates (pre 1/22/12 it was $1.75 for a 2 oz. small package - including Delivery Confirm. I am in immediate need of updating all my shipping costs in my listings so I greatly appreciate anyone's help with this.
