Withdraw to GCash only works with personal PayPal accounts. You may open a separate personal account with different email address.

Can take 5-7 days to add funds from a linked and confirmed bank account to a paypal balance via the 'add funds' option on your paypal account.

I would allow 5 business days and then contact customer services for a trace?
