Customer charged but I don't know what for and it doesn't show on my activity

Hello.

A customer was debited under paypal* ourbusinessname but we don't have anything that matches that transaction. Not the date, not the amount or the reference number. We did not receive that payment and we don't offer anything for the amount that was charged. I'm so confused. 

 

Any suggestions?
