Timestamp not shown in receipts

New to PayPal and noticed that there's no timestamp on the recipe when purchase was made just date and amount. If I call them where do I call?? No indication if I call outside my country = expensive phonebill. Don't find info if I get support in my own language in my country ! What if I can't express my issue in english , the bot didn't seem to understand Swedish or finnish language. Want to go thru my bank to verify my purchases ( Paypal redirecting me there like in google pay, Amazon and so on ) it worked first time but not now, feels very unsecure, is this how it works ?
