I accidentally closed my account because i just wanted to remove my linked debit cards, which i was unable to remove i don't know why. But when i opened a new account and trying to link my cards, it is still saying that they are linked to another account. Now i don't know what to do, or if removing data from that account in order to unlink the cards may work. Or even reopening of my account. Need help.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
