If you add a prepaid VISA, can you still use it outside PayPal? Can you delete it?

I'd like to add a prepaid VISA to my PayPal account. If I add it to PayPal, can I still use it outside of PayPal, like type in the card numbers on a retail site, or use it directly in person? 

 

Can I remove a prepaid card from my PayPal account, and use it as usual?
