I have been a member since DAY ONE with these people, and I have ALWAYS had to "accept" a non solicited payment. eBay sales, or other sales where I sent an invoice, that is different. I had no clue this person was going to send me the money this way, and now I have to literally PAY for his mistake? Nope, I will write or contact whoever I have to, to make this right. PayPal has been under scrutiny before for practices like this, and I will see to it they are AGAIN. I did not authorize or even expect the payment, nor did I accept it, therefore they have no right to take money for a transaction I did not authorize or accept. That would be like you placing $750 on a table, waiting me to pick it up, but before I do, the waiter walks up and takes $24 and just walks away. SO, if I do not want your money, some other **bleep** just walked away with $24 of it, that has to come out of my pocket for you to get ALL your money back. You would not take the $727, because you laid out $750, so you're either going after the person that took it, or from ME because the other person is untouchable, or so they think. You would not accept it, neither should I. I was give NO option to deny the payment. I don't know what language you read, but I logged in, and there was the money, MINUS the paypal fees. I did nothing but immediately refund the amount, for which they took directly from my bank account. **bleep** PayPal, I am going to the FTC, and Attorney General.
