Hi Paypal, Can we please seek help as we have identified an issue wherein we noticed that there are some instances wherein the default payment method does not get updated on Braintree. Example: 1. On our client, end user updates their payment method 2. We call Braintree API. 3. The default payment method remains unchanged. Can we please ask help on why this happens and how to resolve? Thanks

Hi, We seem to be getting some timeout whenever a client pays using their UOB credit card/debit card. Can we please ask whether there are known issues happening with UOB? This is happening only when via UOB and when paid via Mobile. Using a desktop browser works fine. Please advise.

We realized recently that we are getting this error in BT : 2106 - Cannot Authorize at this time (Policy)) It has been observed that effective customers were charged successfully in the past months. The total numbers as of today are 10,217 What does this error exactly mean and how do we resolve this? Thanks
