Dian So what you are suggesting is I should click on 'Help and Contact' on: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/home Where if I click on Message Centre I get "We're sorry. Something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again later." After 15 minutes of trying I'm going to assume never. Any ideas sucj I can move forward. Is there a way I can communicate via message or email. Things have go to the state my next port of call is a letter before action to yourselves, eBay and the seller. Thankfully you have a UK address making things somewhat easier in the County Court. Please take this post seriously and give a credible answer. I am not going to spend 40 minutes on a phone call just to get nowhere. This will be resolved, preferably the easy way by normal means of communication, or its going to be the County Court.
