I've tried to upload a png (under 10 mb) of my phone bill a thousand times and it won't upload. I've tried different browsers, deleting cookies, different file types etc. and still nothing. I've also tried to reach out to customer service and they're not available. Any idea of how to fix this issue? I had uploaded the wrong image last time to confirm my street address and they didn't approve it so now I'm trying to resolve the issue and confirm my identity. Thank you.
