I'm getting error once user try to pay via PayPal - NVP/SOAP Api Integration

Hi there,

We have an issue after integrating NVP/SOAP API Integration on our WordPress website.

Integration works fine, but once we come to the PayPal page where is paying, we get this error / screenshot: https://prnt.sc/C6wcAyVipqVb

"We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method."

We tried connecting the API credentials from different PayPal accounts, and the payment is working perfectly, but we have a problem with this account (which we actually need for integration).

Please assist.
