I originally paid £1560 on 18/03/2023 using PayPal credit and I fully repaid PayPal the balance. On 28/04/2024 I received a refund of £312 and it has been applied to the PayPal Credit account where I have new instalments for other purchases. My PayPal credit is showing I owe £729.95 after the refund has been applied, but when I add up all my instalment, I get £1041.95 so I can only assume that the refund has not been used to pay any existing instalments. My question is, where has my refund actually gone and can it be applied to existing instalments?
