Hello.
I have multiple times tried to verify my sandbox account email and never receive the confirmation email. I have access to our mail server and the email never hits our mail gateway. Is there another way to verify my account? Have checked multiple times for spam and copied and pasted the email from the account details into another mail client just to verify I didn't make a typo.
Merchant ID is BMYDTCHGABFK2

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Merchant Community.
I have manually confirmed your sandbox account email for: BMYDTCHGABFK2.
Sandbox doesn't send any real emails all notifications are available in the PayPal Developer Dashboard, if the account is associated with your PayPal Developer Account.
Here is how to add a sandbox account to your dashboard:
- Log into the Developer Dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com
- Click on Testing Tools
- Click on Sandbox accounts
- Click on 'Link other sandbox accounts to this developer account.'
- Log into the sandbox account in question
- Link the account
Once linked, here is how to view all email notifications:
- Log into the Developer Dashboard
- Click on Testing Tools
- Click on Sandbox notifications

I have confirmed that merchant id: HFB492368DRCY has a confirmed email address. I did manually verify the sandbox account for you, since it was listed as unverified.
