BINGO WINNINGS

I won some money at bingo and paypal declined the payments....I am not sure why......I have made a Ebay refund to a buyer & message says will be refunded in about 7 days.....would this be something to do with Paypal declining my bingo winnings ????

If any1 can help would appreciate it.....thanx in advance.

A seller can only issue a refund via funds in their paypal balance or an echeque.

So if its an echeque it has to clear through from the sellers bank account > paypal > and then it is credited the buyer and the hold lifted.
