Why I cannot transfer money (linked banks account is missing) since last time I transferred money to a new linked bank account?

Did you confirm the bank account after adding it?

Does the name on the bank account exactly match your paypal account name?

Are the funds in the correct currency?

Are the funds cleared and not pending or on hold?

Have you had a failed bank transfer or negative balance at all recently?
