Need help closing my US account.

I´m trying to get in to my account in US to close it and open a new account in Spain with the same email as I recently retired and came back to live in Spain, tried calling... no way to contact them and I still have my US address and phones in it that do not exist anymore and they ask for proof it´s me when logging in so here I am. Any Solution?

Resolved, changed password and it logged me in and closed the account if it helps anyone!
