On April 15th I tried to order something through PayPal with my cash back bonus of $2.20, but the website I was ordering off of never loaded and so the order never went through, didn’t even take my money. However, even though the purchase didn’t go through, I never got my Discover cash back bonus refunded to my account. Discover Chat support told me to dispute with PayPal, but there is not even a charge to select to dispute my missing cashback. HELP!
