I wrote to PayPal and they have closed the despute without talking to me. There are not enough options to explain, then they don't read my mail and then they just close without discussing. That's not a propper client service.

It seemsto me as if they wanted to shuffle off the responsibility. Also the options they offer to explain the problem are very limited, so then the description is incorrect because you just have to choose one in order to proceed.

I have the same issues. Then I contacted them and no one ansvered. Then I raised a dispute and finally got an answer. Now I can return the product but the fee for returning is far to high. I don't know what to do, this is not customer friendly. How did you solve your issue?
